Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended adult dose: 2 capsules 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
