RECOMMENDED ADULT DOSE: Take 3 tablespoons 3 times daily. Dilute with an equal amount of hot water, sip slowly. This product contains mucilaginous mushroom polysaccharides, shake the bottle well before use.

Keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 3 weeks. This product contains neither alcohol nor preservatives.
