Daina's Coconut Chocolate Protein Melts

These rich, energizing bites are made with wholesome ingredients like virgin coconut oil, cocoa, and a boost of protein. Perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert—your taste buds (and your energy levels) will thank you.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Scoop Botanica Perfect Protein Elevated Energy Booster Vanilla (or your choice of protein powder)
- 3-4 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Mix the cocoa powder and protein together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Gently melt coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Once melted add cocoa/protein mixture and honey until well blended.
- Pour mixture into paper lined mini muffin tray or candy mould.
- Refrigerate until chilled and enjoy!
Makes 12 mini muffin size melts
