Nature's Way Burdock Root is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin, and mucus membranes; as a diuretic; to help alleviate the pain associated with rheumatism and to induce sweating. MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Burdock Root ( Arctium lappa ) 475 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

DIRECTIONS
Adults take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times per day. For occasional use only.

WARNINGS
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or are breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
